Return Policy

JDS market place is dedicated to bringing you great  shopping experience from start to finish! If you're not completely satisfied with a product, just return the product to us for a full refund. Here's how:

Time limit on returns:
  • Products must be returned within 21 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on JDSmarketplace.com.
Returning free products/gift with purchase:
  • You may keep the free gift with purchase that you received as a part of your order.
  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.

Refunding shipping fee:

  • Original shipping charges paid at the time of Jdsmarketplace.com order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Jdsmarketplace

Return package shipping fee:

  • JDS marketplace does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Notification:

  • For products returned to JDS marketplace Returns center, we will notify you via email when we have processed your order and issued a refund. Returns processing time

Please allow us 30 business days for receiving and processing your online order return.

Credit will appear on your account within 7-10 days after we processed your return. Credit will appear on your statement within two billing periods depending on your billing cycle.
